Material and process

Processing technology
Adopt free forging/die forging process, combined with solid solution annealing (1150-1180℃ water quenching) to optimize performance, and CNC finishing to ensure dimensional accuracy (tolerance ±0.1mm).

Quality inspection
Verified by ultrasonic flaw detection (UT) and penetrant testing (PT) without defects, in line with ASTM B564 and ASME SB-564 standards, provide material certificates and third-party certification.
