Standard flanges:

Comply with international standards (such as ANSI/ASME B16.5, DIN/EN 1092-1), covering slip-on flanges, butt-welded flanges, blind flanges and other types.

Conventional sizes (DN15-DN1200, pressure levels PN6 to PN160) are available from stock, suitable for high temperature and high pressure pipeline systems.

Non-standard custom flanges:

Customize special specifications according to your needs (such as large-diameter flanges, special-shaped sealing surface designs or industrial-grade thick-walled flanges).

Support surface treatment optimization (pickling, sandblasting, electrolytic polishing) and pre-processing (surfacing nickel-based alloy sealing layer, precision drilling of bolt holes).

Materials and processes

Processing technology:

Free forging or die forging technology, combined with solution annealing (1150-1180℃ water quenching), eliminate residual stress and improve creep resistance.

During the finishing stage, the dimensional accuracy is controlled by CNC machine tools (tolerance ±0.1mm), and the sealing surface roughness reaches Ra≤3.2μm.

Quality inspection:

Ultrasonic testing (UT) detects internal defects, and penetrant testing (PT) or radiographic testing (RT) verifies surface and near-surface integrity.

Provide material certificates (EN 10204 3.1/3.2), heat treatment records and third-party inspection reports.
