Incoloy 800 Wire Supply Type

Standard Type：Round and flat wires with diameters of 0.5mm-6.0mm are available, in accordance with ASTM B408 standard. The stock includes bright annealing (BA) or pickling (AP) surface conditions, supporting fast delivery.

Customized Type：Ultra-fine wires (<0.5mm), special-shaped cross-sections (such as square wire/hexagonal wire) or special coil packaging (straight strip/coil) can be customized to meet the needs of welding, braiding and high-temperature spring manufacturing.

Product Standards：ASTM B408 / ASTM B564.

Processing Technology and Quality Inspection

Processing Technology：Adopting precision cold drawing + solution annealing (1150-1180℃) process, surface polishing or coating treatment (such as nickel plating) to ensure high-temperature oxidation resistance and flexibility.

Quality Inspection：Through spectral analysis (OES), eddy current flaw detection (ET) and tensile testing, it complies with AMS 5766 and EN 10095 standards, and provides material certificates and third-party test reports.
