Surface treatment and material status
Surface treatment
Pickled: Remove oxide scale, matte surface (NO.1).
Mechanical polishing: 2B/BA grade mirror, reduce fluid resistance.
Blasted: Enhance coating adhesion, suitable for special anti-corrosion needs.
Heat-treated state
Annealed: Optimize ductility and facilitate subsequent processing.
Solution-Treated: Improve corrosion resistance and high temperature strength.
Cold-Worked: Enhance hardness, suitable for high mechanical stress environment.
Quality inspection guarantee
Non-destructive testing: Ultrasonic flaw detection (UT) and eddy current testing (ET) ensure that there are no internal defects.
Mechanical testing: Tensile, impact, hardness testing, in accordance with ASTM E8/E23 standards.
